To replace a soap dispenser, you’ll first need to drill out the old rivets holding the back plate in place. One they’re drilled out, you can remove the back plate and grab the new soap dispenser. Grab the rivet gun and rivets to install the back plate of the new soap dispenser. Once all 3 rivets are installed, you can reattach the new soap canister and lid
