How to Setup an Online Billing Account

In this video, we'll guide you through the process of creating your online billing account with Service Sanitation. By having this account, you will have the convenience of accessing, printing, and settling any pending invoices with our organization


To get started, we’ll first need to locate our invoice/statement. This is typically mailed within 20 days of our initial delivery. With our invoice statement in hand, we’ll head to

After accessing the website, we’ll navigate to the Bill Pay link located at the top of the screen. From there, we‘ll click on "Access Online Account" which will direct us to the online bill payment system. Once we have reached the bill payment screen, we can proceed by clicking "Register Now" under the "Are You a New User" section. This will prompt us to create a new account.

Next, we’ll need to locate our customer number and access code. This is found on your invoice/statement. Most customer numbers are located in the top right section of your statement and start with a 50-, 54-, or 58-, followed by a series of numbers. Meanwhile the access code can be found in the bottom middle of that same invoice statement. An access code will only appear if someone hasn’t already setup an online account. If you would like to have multiple logins for one account, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Once you have those numbers ready, simply enter them into the registration screen along with your email and new password. After that, click "Register now". This will create your new login, giving you access to all invoices associated with this account. Please make sure to keep your email and password easily accessible at all times, as you will need that each time you need to log in.
